We are seeking a proactive and versatile Lead People Generalist to join our People team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This critical hybrid role combines the essential daily functions of a traditional HR Generalist with the strategic design and management of high-impact organisational programs. You will drive fairness, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
Help design and scale our global rewards infrastructure across the UK, India, and the US. This role will lead day-to-day compensation operations while helping shape a thoughtful, efficient, and globally consistent total rewards experience. Partner closely with Talent, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure we’re making fair, data-driven, and high-integrity decisions about how we reward people across countries, levels, and contexts.
