This role as a Senior Onboarding Operations Specialist in Germany is about ensuring smooth employee onboarding, particularly for the German market, by leveraging expertise in German employment regulations. Responsibilities include managing German onboardings, preparing country-specific documentation, and collaborating with Legal and Compliance.
As a People Operations Associate Generalist, you will deliver an exceptional employee experience through repeatable and scalable HR tasks, projects and programs. You will manage and triage employee requests using Jira and execute tier 1 People Operations processes, such as new hire onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
